You realize this website isn't only about U.S. Bank, right? It's not run by U.S. Bank and the illuminate is much more concerned with turning the country into an authoritarian nightmare than to bother with a bunch of belly aching has beens.
@dh it boggles my mind that people are actually d-mb enough to think the first amendment applies to anything outside of government. The only thing it does is protects you from government attack for your speech. If you get fired from a private company too bad. If people publicly shame you for hateful speech, yeah the government can arrest you for that speech but there's nothing stopping a company from firing you to distance itself from you. That speech is not protected in that way.
And it's always usually backwards Trump voters that get this wrong. Wouldn't be the first thing.
@cp that's not how free speech works. It doesn't apply to the private sector. Freedom of speech is to protect private citizens from the government.
Freedom of speech also doesn't equal freedom from consequences (as an overarching concept). This site is anonymous so people can be honest and share information. But outside of this you can't just say what you want and go "freedom of speech" to avoid consequences lol

Nothing shady going on. The platform isn't secretly run by the bank. If it were, half the posts dragging the bank would be long gone, and clearly, they’re still up.
Yes, posts do get deleted sometimes, but that’s just mods doing their job when something breaks the site’s ToS.
The thing is. this is an anonymous platform, and as per the site’s ToS, that goes both ways. You can post anonymously, but also need to respect other people’s anonymity. That means you can’t name or dox anyone who's not a public figure.
There are also rules around stuff like threats, violence, and derogatory speech - basic stuff. Overall, if you keep it fair and clean, your post won’t get nuked.
