Hey Penny Pincher Pennington! The thin veil you put in front of every HO associate’s face will most certainly backfire! Hiring a ton of offshore associates for cheap won’t magically fix your problems!!! We tried it in the past! It doesn’t work!!! Ever heard of the law of diminishing value?? Welp, too late now!!!!!!!

@bx I can see you have no idea what you are talking about. Penny wanted things to be state of art. You fail to realize that a chunk of leaders now are women who are making the call. Some of them are great but the majority of them were less than qualified. You had departments outside of Digital buying things that Digital had no clue it was being bought yet were told to support it. Some areas went on buying sprees with little to no oversight where some were men and some were women.
@bx that logic doesn’t logic. Then why were so many LPs VSP’d, ISP’d or demoted?
@OP well... You can blame the men that spent around a billion dollars during covid on new tech and contractors for starting the ball. There's laws that require a company do what's best for the shareholders which would be the LP's and GP's. It's better to hire contractors that provide more value and support. You know some of them old GP's would have sued if they didn't go this route. So look at the men before you blame the boss that had to sign off.
