@OP I see the C-suite is chiming in again. Better yet, ask yourself, "is this good for the thousands of employees who support the executives and shareholders? Are we effectively compensating them for their hard work and the dollars they bring in?"
The answer there is, no. Only the executives and shareholders matter (clearly). Happy Labor Day...
And if you answer "yes", do the opposite!
