ISPs, Demotions still happening today?

I haven't heard anything yet, and if they ISP or demote me this late in the process, someone is getting cursed out for making me wait this long. They can fire me "for cause" and shove the severance up their a-s.
So mainly moves today? Are they really done with ISPs for C2?
I'm being moved to a new department in a role very different to what I've been doing or want to do. I'm grateful to have a job, but I'm crushed. It's a step backwards to work I was doing two years ago.
@a4 those that didnt get an email would assume the worst if emails went out early
I’ve heard nothing and surely they know by now. If nothing is changing for my team, how hard would it have been to send out an email yesterday (Monday) instead of having us sweat it out today? That is not human centered in fact it’s downright cruel and dehumanizing.
