the warning posts were correct, had a HR meeting this morning for my whole team we were laid off, I don't know which other teams or lacations where affected but heard 75 total laid off in KYC our team is only 13 people.

Big hiring happening in Poland. Guess they are offshoring.
Miami and Fort Lauderdale affected. They are replacing KYC Analysts with Costa Rica hires. Reason given: low cost of living areas are desirable

Good. That team has been in place since 2016 and been terrible!!!!! Only question is why did it take so long???

When you say, "KYC", do you mean "Know Your Client"? Sorry to hear you were laid off....hopefully they gave you a package that will take you through the rest of the year
