Meeting or Email. Which one do we want to get?

I think if you get an email, you're likely safe. If you get a meeting invite, it's ISP time. Those meetings will then likely be followed by an email with all of your ISP details.
I know nothing. I have no inside information. These are my own musings.
You’re going to get both from what I understand. The GPs for your area are assigned to do the “deed.” So my senses tell me the emails are drafted and sitting in a folder waiting to be sent next Monday. I’ve heard that if you’ve bee reassigned you have 5 days to accept new assignment.
Best wishes all.
@OP There are over 9,000 home office employees. Therefore majority will just get the generic email saying that you are safe. Then a small percentage will get the phone call/meeting saying that their job is changing (promotion, demotion, or lateral move) or eliminated (ISP). Majority of people are safe. 4 GPs can’t make that many phone calls in two days.
