Right after I left I was contacted by a few firms that wanted to "debrief" me. What will happen with the suits that were hovering out there. Mark pretty much oversaw billions in misallocation and capital destruction.

@OP I was contacted by those firms as well. Lets just say there has been a lot of DD happening for a while now. Also there have been a few journalists digging around.
A shareholder lawsuit isn't out of the realm of possibility.

I wouldn't be surprised if the board members will be proceeding with a lawsuit to claw back money that Mark "The Hut" stole, along with firing everyone closely tied to it.
I'll add that some of the board members were named also.
