Fo years they have fired and or given early retirement just to rehire younger and cheaper employees. Don't be fooled. It's just business. It's not about the members or the employees. It's all about the money.

Those are essential roles needed to fulfill the company’s priorities and strategy. Things are just changing.
I am leaning towards they are fake positions and they do not intend on hiring
Humana doesn’t give a damn about it’s employees. Tell everyone you know! Spread the word.
@OP or just ghost jobs.. a lot of companies post jobs with no intention of hiring
