I am wondering if you would accept an offer to work at Molina right now? Are employees worried everyday they’ll lose their jobs or is everyone just feeling a little uneasy because of political climate and the overall job market? Is there an area or state that you think is a ‘safer’ bet than others within Molina?

Ohio always comes up on these threads. And they promoted the plan president. So the question is, do you want to work under that ? If no, then leave.
@1ev why don’t say that?
It’s going to be a September to remember!
Layoffs are inevitable. They haven't done any major cuts in awhile but they will happen eventually. I'd say accept it unless you have other options that offer more long term security. Worst case is youre employed for a few months then are back in the same boat as now
@cj The job title is a bit too much of a give away, but it's Texas.
@OP if it’s case management in Ohio, RUN. There is a level of disrespect from management towards licensed professionals that I cannot even begin to explain. Some other departments seem to be better but I couldn’t tell you exactly which ones.
I agree, sharing the state and position you’re looking at would be very helpful.
I think you could get a clearer picture based more on what department it is in and for which state
