Is anyone aware of a site where I can post anonymous pics, videos, and audio recordings of leadership? I have things that need exposure.

Don’t forward stuff to your personal email. It’s traceable. Take screen shots with your phone instead. Then only you know you have it.

I keep screenshots of replies to conversations I've had regarding addressing members with active medicaid coverage in more than one state and Humana getting per member per month premiums from both states. They don't do a dam thing about it and tell us it's out of our scope to report it. No system or process to report these. Im hoping the DOJ will get wind of it soon!

@n7 The FIRST thing you need to do is forward those to your personal email. Next, any verbal conversation you have that doesn't quite feel right needs to be followed up with a written recap. If you are able to inconspicuously record real time meetings involving the "issues," do it. It may be against Humana policy (I don't know) but if it is, if there comes a time you need the recordings, it won't matter anyway. I've been recording since May and everything gets forwarded to a personal email address set up just for this purpose. Why? because if you are fired, you will lose access to your system immediately.

@ka - what information would be most helpful? I don't (yet) have recordings but I have several pictures of the carefully worded harassing emails and other things.

@ka I just found your journalist website, you are legit! Humana is in a financial bind and had poor STARS ratings last year. They are giving us unattainable metrics/goals to implement as a result and just released an early retirement package and following that will be layoffs and making a large amount of employees return to office. We need coverage on this for awareness!

Yeah I want to know too. I have a manager/leader who leaves work early everyday with some excuse…like saying her daughter’s ankle is broke but she is really throwing her daughter a birthday party. While we are over here in the trenches.
