Me was paid $103,000.00 a year as a subject matter expert on Back and Recovery till I quit DXC. Now I am pulling in about $200,000.00 a year

I mean if a Sales Director (for example ) has been with the company for 10 years, lives in Manchester and earns £60K then that is good. For London may not be. Depends on a region and experience.
@OP You might need to clarify a few things—like your region, age, experience level, length of service, and weekly hours. To put $47000 in context, that's about £35000 / €30000 / ₹4.118.000. If you're 25, working 30 hours a week, and joined less than 2 years ago, that sounds about right.
The real frustration with DXC is how they treat long-serving staff. If you've been around for a while, you’ll notice they’re quite happy to bring in someone new—who sits right next to you—and will pay them significantly more. Even if they have far less experience.
And let’s be honest: most of this job is about navigating the chaos—understanding how DXC and the client operate, and how a system built 15 years ago is somehow still working. They seem to think someone who’s just finished a course can pick this up without help. They can’t—and they don’t get much support either because who's going to help push someone already further up the ladder than we are. So they do what’s logical: update their CV, get some certs, and move on as soon as they can. And the cycle continues.... And the company loses more knowledge, clients and share value.
@OP the salary is pretty meaningless without the country you're located in.
$47k in Eritrea would be a great salary whereas in Switzerland you'd virtually be on skid row!
