Why with so many brilliant people do they manage their greatest asset this way. Humana has very few standard processes and even less documentation. When seasoned professionals leave so do your assets. Perhaps finding a way to manage other than creating havoc with peoples lives may be a better solution. Or just keep outsourcing to people thqat know next to nothing. Our tax dollars at work! Send more work to the helpless desk!

@b5 ahhhhh you're referencing Centerwell with their revolving door of "strategy" teams who couldn't manage to win a game of Connect 4 let alone strategize us out of this mess that each strategy team reinvents with their own flavor, making more work for us. It would be funny if I didn't have to do the work, "pivot," "lean in," or whatever lame word they're using this week.
@a5 harvard looks great on paper. 3 strategy teams later and still cannot lower utilization bc of the tone deaf "fireside" chats. No one is FDR lets be real.
Management IS the problem but will never take the fall. The fall will always be pushed down to the little guy, people just trying to pay their basic bills, while literal fat cats like Renee make 600k and add nothing to the company.
@OP They are about as smart as a bag of rocks. I hope they RIF most of the management in each department and start from scratch, most of them su-k and don't know what they are doing.
