Next week is return to office for corporate employees that lived far away. Interested to see how high the number that don’t show really is

They've been bleeding employees since May, including a lot of local ones they didnt expect.
Planning has been hit extra hard and there are at least 3 Sr or VP level ppl currently interviewing at other roles.
However, they are making exceptions for certain people they want to keep, and not everyone is being required to be in-office every week, which shouldn't come as a surprise. Belk has always been big fans of favoritism
People at Belk are running for the hills.
Everyone knows this company is in dire straits
Why would anyone want to work at a company in such turmoil?
