Just cut out the CEO's bonus completely and cut his salary down to like 1 million, which is still too much for the sh-t job and going to #2. And leave the worker's benefits and pay alone. About time the CEO be held accountable and take one for the team. Apparently our entire board of directors need to go.

If you spread his salary across all employees, you could buy a big Mac EVERY week. I guess you wouldn't need a raise then
Maybe you need to go back to first grade and learn to read. Never said anything about it changing anything.
If you think that those bonuses are changing anything, you need to go back and relearn 5th grade math.
