Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Horrible managers

There's a special kind of damage that comes from working under managers who get off on power trips. The kind that makes your stomach drop when their name pops up on your phone. The type that turns Sunday nights into dread-filled countdowns. Honeywell gave me two of those nightmares back-to-back, and my health's paying the price. Can people who deserve it be promoted for a change? For the sake of all of us?

@OP so find greener horizons. It's not worth the dread you describe... cut bait and find a better manager at Honeywell or another company

Qualified good leaders can be seen as a threat to bad leadership higher up.
