Let’s see how we get sc--wed. My guess is they will bring back monthly bonus for reps because nobody cares about this job anymore but it will be less than we ended last year!!! Which will make people hate working here more. While the top keeps fattening their wallets. Demoralizing

I just was hearing from an SA how many reps cheat on their dmi, and put things up, snap pictures and then take it off. Or taking pictures of pictures and holding it at different angles so it looks slightly different every week. So if these id--ts thinks reps are out their getting displays and doing their jobs…. They’re not. Most are just cheating the id--tic system you implemented.
Word , bringing back bonus based on dmi , nobody makes those bonuses, so they can cut cost , doge in charge of mondelez now , they don’t give a damn about the workers , just go warehouse already , for real , am I right , word!!
