If there’s nothing you as an individual can do to move the needle, focus your energy and efforts towards things you can do something about. Adding stress to your life isn’t good for one’s health.
@OP Karma isn’t real. I wish it were. Sorry you are so frustrated with your life that you have to hope for bad things to happen to the people you blame for your problems. Maybe get out if the bubble you are living in and you might see that things aren’t as bad as you think.
@a4 I am talking about my coworkers who would be as absurd as to blame the coffee pot not working on Trump (okay it's not that bad, but you get my point with some humor I hope).
I'm just tired of hearing it, and it's a frustrating waste of time.

Love how those who voted for or supported this abhorrent government continue to find ways to deny or absolve themselves through words of justification. We are 6 months in and the scale of crazy is astronomical. Not sure what it will take to undrink the kool-aid but when karma kicks in through RIFs or otherwise hope you will spend time reflecting on your conscience.
OP Are you kidding? This company has been throwing people out of the door the entire decade I have worked here. Good intelligent people that worked very hard for this company. It is part of their business practices. Employees pay for the bad decisions made in the C suite. Maybe a few more may get caught up in the remaining 2025 rifs, but getting rid of higher paid experienced employees has been part of the corporate plan long before OBBB was even a thought and anyone knew who the next President was going to be....
@a3: kind of got it correct…not Trump OR the Democrats, should read Trump AND the Democrats. The mess we’re in can’t be solely pinned on one or other. OBBB (I guess it should be OBBL, as it’s law now) can be blamed on Trump, but all the systemic dysfunction that allowed it to get to this point was both sides of the aisle.
Either way, we, our coworkers, members, and neighbors are the ones that are going to feel the sting.
Honestly, I'd rather get unemployment than have to deal with both the hyper political people on the left and right in this company. I'm really getting fed up with hearing about how Trump or the Democrats are responsible for everything bad while work needs to get done.
