I don’t care anymore, not at this point. I’m just watching from the outside in, doing the bare minimum, waiting for my number to be called. I couldn’t care less what happens to my project amid all these constant reorgs, or what the manager plans to do. I’m not invested, and I sure as he-l won’t carry my share of problems I didn’t cause. Let them drown in their own mess.

Wow, a lot of people don’t like your comment but it sure is accurate of everything I see around me and have seen for the last 4 months. Cancelled meetings, projects paused indefinitely and even regulatory work being postponed. I sure see it.
Nice to see MW chiming in here.
Glad you’re leaving. Hope other that have the same character and value are leaving too. Don’t let the door hit you when you leave. 👍
@OP why bother to post? You obviously care more than you let on.
@az you must be in the Horizons program. Haahahaha
Thankfully we're getting rid of folks like these
I am amazed how folks are in here with thin skin and lack of resilience and understanding of how corporate America works. Most get over $200k a year [including all benefits] and yet are way out of touch with most 50% of the people living in this country with average pay of $80k and still feel entitled to be paid for no work ethic while every company constantly go through changes for better or worse. What a shame!
Amen!
For a large company this is a typical attitude of most of your work colleagues. Out if sight, out of mind. Keep this in mind if you continue to work the rest of your life in this organization. When you leave be forward looking, don't look back.
This highlights your character and the kind of person you are. Glad you will no longer be part of the company. Bye bye.
