Quite a lot of people gone in June and more going in July from what I've seen.

Don't suppose it's the last for the year either.

What does the company actually want / need doing. It has all these staff, who seem so up themselves with paperwork and spouting what a good job and how busy everyone is. I see none of it. The only reason they want you back in the office is they don't know what they want doing and can't bare the thought that you've had most of the week in the garden whilst the sun's out.

The WFR in Q1 didn't hit the headcount target due to the restrictions placed on who could be targeted, so there will almost certainly be more WFR in Q2, Q3, Q4.
It is also probable they will have to open it up to more people to hit their targets.

However as the return to the office edict shows there's no joined up thinking in DXC, so who knows.

Failure to meet their quarterly VR objectives will most likely lead to cuts!

This is a multi billion dollar belly dance company - will take some time to drain it out completely. The execs are swindling as best as they can.

No more cuts, this company has been in growth phase after Salvino left and before LOL.

Cant see any growth in profits as the inflated growth of the Exec pay is swindling all the money.

Rawol please throw in the towel you have had nearly 2 years, you cant grow the company.

Not sure about cuts, but in June there was another batch of "goodbye" emails from a lot of colleagues, Europe-wide, and from various service lines.
I think, a lot of people just have enough and a lot more a polishing their CVs right now.

I know some good people who just left without securing a new job, just because it cost them more in terms of stress and nerves to be part of the current modus operandi.

Let's see.
