After seeing how Centene treats loyal employees, I’ve lost all motivation. Using work hours to job hunt and upskill. No point giving effort to a company that’ll discard you without a thought.

@OP You should always be looking to upskill and have an up-to-date resume. It's a good idea to apply for roles and have interviews every year or two, just so you know what is out there and you're in the practice of interviewing
