@OP - given the upcoming major gutting of HR, it'll be interesting to see if the Employee Voice team still exists, and whether they still do CES pulses at all.

No way. They will say the impact was minimal then tout the great results on the next one.

Not accountable for the people they promote so why the bad survey results? They care about their money, toys,holidays, bonuses, clothes and anything but you.
