Wait until the vendors mature their AI tools. It's going to be a deep integration with the platforms for alarming, troubleshooting and resolution. Just a guess, 40%-50% jobs impact. The 5 year timeline is shrinking. 3 Years? Sooner? Exponential development could hit within a year or so.
