I got a much larger raise than I expected (wasn't expecting anything) and wonder if anyone else did?

Placed positions got the PSG and if it was accompanied with a promotion the standard was 5%. If you were over the VAST majority got a demotion and tried to keep base pay unchanged but there were a few that had to be brought back into range.

People are getting raises and people are getting pay cuts, they probably are figuring out what departments need it the most.
I got a promo to a psg 25 and 5% bump which was standard. I know 6 others got pay grade bumps as well seems cream rises to the top after all.
Raises don’t come until the end of the performance year dummy

Damn, 11.7% raise! Wasn’t expecting that for sure
I’ve heard of others getting placed into positions with special bonus programs (eg trader bonus) but I am not one of those.
