I went through all the documents, read the FAQs, maybe I missed it. Can someone tell me how will I get the separation agreement?

If you don’t receive it via your personal email on file a few days after your separation conversation (check your spam folder), you can follow up with the HR person that was on the call. It shouldn’t take too long.
@OP usually it is sent to your personal email 45 days before your exit date
