Chevron is a global company that is based in the USA. Chevron is the successor to Standard Oil Company of California (SOCAL), which discovered oil in Saudi Arabia. Chevron's revenues come from many global sources, including Asia, Australia, Africa, and South America, to name a few. What you are complaining about might be karma.
