Currently interviewing at CVS Aetna and would appreciate any insight. What’s the culture like? Is it a supportive environment? Also, with the current job market, does it feel like a safe time to make a move or are more layoffs anticipated?

DO NOT COME HERE! UNDERPAID, ZERO PROMOTION.
Everyone is in fear of getting laid off, morale is in the toilet.
They constantly change how they want you to do things and expecting you to just fall in line. One misstep and your either put on probation or fired. They tell you one thing and do another, expect you to do the work of 2 or more people for the same amount of pay. You are a nobody to them.
CVS and Aetna since 2018 have about a layoffs and reorg every two years. It's very hard to transfer internally if you can't stand your boss or team. HR makes you tell your boss you want to transfer out So there's a lot of retaliation.
Far as reorg goes how the reorg makes absolutely no since and it messes up a lot of good teams and people.
Don't aspect Aetna's low ball offers as once you are hired as a full employee they only give a 2% raise even if you transfer to a higher scale job code.
Aetna current leadership are a bunch mo--ns buyer beware.
@OP I worked for them for 5 years. It really depends on what business unit you're in and what location honestly. I worked in multiple office locations and they all are different in terms of culture, stability, development and support.
I received an offer with mediocre salary from Aetna and given all the layoff news I am confused about accepting. Did you end up getting an offer?
They called me and I said no based on my experience with them
My exactly question a few posts down, I ended up rejecting my offer. I would NOT recommend.
I got the call, and said NO!!!! Enter at your own risk.
Are you joking? Just read the posts
