Currently out on disability received info I am being RIF’ed today. How does SUB pay work when you are on disability? I’m reading the Excess Benefit info and little unsure if company will provide lump sum of SUB or would I have to provide SDI weekly payment into to Elevance and they sub the difference? Which is not going work because SDI actually pays more than my salary. So how does SUB fit in? Anyone know? State of CA btw. TIA

@OP+1jt6egkj1 - I was RIF as well but not with a disability. HR didn't share anything with me either as I am still awating for next steps in my personal email since they disconnected me from all devices. Do you still have access to ask your HR person that joined the call with you today?
