It’s going to get worse at Elevance Health. RIFs will continue every few months. Rebadging will continue to get you off their payroll. Watch the continued AI rollout —- these rollouts are designed to replace jobs and nothing else. And finally the new executive orders will remove your safety nets (unemployment, Social Security, Disability) which will force you to work longer, for less money, with zero protections from greedy employers like Elevance executives. They know they will be able to treat us worse, force us into empty offices under the “collaboration” scam, pile on the work, decrease our pay and AIP —- because they can. They know the current admin and the job market will let them. No one is going to save us. I know this is bad news but it is time to think about yourself —- your mental health and your future. You do not owe Elevance anything.

@OP+1jnxnnwsk how do you say that rebadging or rif will continue every month ? have you heard this from trusted source or just making a guess ?
I’m going to start applying out. Was waiting for closer to the March RIF date to see if I can get my max supp unemployment. This is a miserable place to work now. I start dreading Mondays on Saturday mornings and it almost ruins my weekends.
I'm not waiting around, getting out after this Friday AIP payout.
