RAT is a MF that cannot be trusted for a sec. GAL asked Anil to come up with a plan to chop IT folks almost 2 years ago but he is a core IT guy so he did not. He rather came up with plans to modernize IT and slowly increase off-shore presence and was working towards it. GAL lost trust in Anil because he didn’t have plans to chop. GAL hires RAT who is known for chopping and cheap tricks. RAT is cheap a-s MF who is the mastermind behind rebadging and RIF’s.. RAT has links with UST which is again a cheap a-s vendor… so this MF is benefiting at both the ways… guess what, they both are from same place in India. How RAT’s a-s is deciding the fate for FTE’s? He should be thrown out immediately. Trust me guys the RIF’s and rebadging will continue until RAT and GAL is thrown out. Let the labor unions both at state and federal know what these are doing to Americans who served this org for decades.

I'm going to hold your hands when I say this - the rifs and rebadges are already continuing. They never actually stop. They know counts of people to rif and rebadge for the rest of the year. They might not have their list of names ironed out, but they know which orgs and how many people.
The nightmare is Elevanxe Hellth and it's sanctimonious leadership is never ending.
Every Sunday, I statt to dred going to work. I have a great team and great larger team. Outside of that, it feels like a battleground. I'm so tired of feeling like Im in trouble for asking questions related to my job or in terms of what the company is doing.
None of our orgs are standalone and somehow it feels like we're all standing alone with most people are trying to unnerve or agitate others so they feel superior. The number of times someone has gone out of their way to treat me like a peon can't even be counted. I try not to take it personally because I know these behaviors are fear and insecurity based but damn. It's just such a toxic environment and the poeple who could/should fix it are part of the problem.
The company is garbadge. Let the offshore folks have it. Move on and take the loss. There are better things to do than get sc--wed by foreigners.

We knew Rat was brought in to cut headcount. He just found a way to do it to pad his own pockets while getting EH out of paying supp by letting another company throw people out on the street. It just s_cks all way around....
