Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

My competency profile is being updated to aligh with core values and leadership competancies

WTF does that mean. In my role I work for an account and provide a service that is not in the main stream of any of the company offerings. Indeed so far of offerings that I must be I got the worst possible appraisal rating you can get then I got several bonus payments from the account I work on. This company is dysfunctional. The management doesn’t have a scooby do what we do

No I am not a bot or a Yes person here at DXC. I've lived this sh*t company for 12+ years with hardly any pay increases .

I think those 'please join the town halls' is a sales executive bot designed to post every 25 posts.

I see these posts hitting quite regularly on here now, in between the ads for scam devices to plug in to the wall socket and reduce your bills by 90%, Solar panels for Winter and 'You won't believe what she looks like now' clickbait.

Just ignore them. I am sure they make 1 bitcoin off every downvote you click ;-)

To who ever said "Please join the townhalls regularly to understand the company strategy and senior management vision." we haven't had a Townhall in the AMS Region in months and the only vision senior management has is how to steal more money from the company and sc--w the workers.

If we would People First, we would get pay increases at review time BEFORE executives get any. People 1st what a crock of bull sh-t!

Yes mate, joined enough "town halls" to understand company "strategy" and senior management "vision" only too well.
Can be summed up in one sentence:- "Heads I win, tails you lose".
By the way, your sentence was well constructed. My child's primary school teacher would give you full marks for using "strategy", "vision" and "town hall" in the same sentence sucessfully... till she knows that you have used it in the context of DXC and then you will get detention !!
