Store managers get their positions from sleeping there way to the top, or because they know a friend or relative who works at Belk

All the customer complaints on Facebook and yelp cannot be hidden, the truth is the truth

Numerous managers and Belk executive “retire” only to turn up in another company weeks or months later

Internal theft is rampant at belk, especially with managers, hence the situation at Flotown Belk with the hidden charity day cash that was found in a desk drawer.

Executives are eerily quiet and I mean they don’t say anything unscripted

RVP’S are the biggest waste of $170,000 yearly and up salary, huge waste!!

Belk settles lots of lawsuits by arbitration

Oh I can go on and on but I gotta pick up my daughter at Ballet Practice!

There was also their short-term manager who bu-----d off to a Florida store after taking 4 cruises and then it just so happens that $16,000 went missing from the store.

"Don't you worry about me," he tells the dock supervisor, "Where I'm goin', you can practically SEE the water!"

Fish rot from the head down. When an organization or company fails, it is the leadership or CEO is the Root of the cause.
If you want to change to make the world a better place take a look at yourself and then make a change like the old song "Man in the mirror". I look at the mirror and I don't like what i see from Sycamore and Belk image so far
The difference between stupidity and genius is that "Genius" has its limit as someone said years ago! Do you see any logics and smart creative thinking from executive leaders from this corporation yet? I guess not!
