so I'm leaving this company. Nothing makes sense here if you’re not among the favorite ones. They have a better status even if they do sloppy work, even if their behavior towards other employees is not appropriate, even if they do not give any value to this company.
It seems to me that there is nothing you can do here if you are not among the chosen ones? All I ever got is more work and that's it.
