Just wanted to know how do they determine who’s laid off, is it the VP or the director? I’m thinking the VP let the the director know how many had to be cut and the director get with the supervisors and decide but idk. Do anyone know? When are they made aware that they have to layoff?

@OP+19KZIKJq I’m my case, it was made at the Director level or higher. Supervisor had no input.

Lol....that must be true... no rhyme or reason. Hard working employees with 100 % audit scores, great performance doing 25-40 cases per day part of RIF. Find the common denominator... what goes around, comes around ....
There are 2 approaches:
- They pull names out of a hat.
If that doesn't work they go to an alternative option.
- Spin the toupee. They take Neidorff's hair off and whatever department is landed on is affected.
