Look if you had good current skills you would be getting a raise a promotion or a job in another company it is your fault that you are in your shxx hole.

As explained in the previous post on this topic (if you took the time to read it), some people live in areas where there are few available jobs, are caring for elderly relatives, have to take a spouse's career into consideration, would have a long, horrible commute with another job, face age discrimination, or are at the tail end of his or her career.
Nope. I got excellent performance reviews every year. Met all the requirements to be a top-tier essential employee in a position that is crucial to DXC. I waited. Never saw a pay raise since I got there. Learned about other highly regarded workers as well not getting acknowledged. So take your "if you did good work you'd get a raise" b—s— off the internet you piece of sh*t.

If you want better, move to where it is better.
But thats the problem isn't it? The majority in DXC are trapped with outdated skills.
But why is that?
Anyone ranting about DXC are really venting at themselves - for being too incapable (lazy and/or pathetic excuses?) and for being too dumb to leave when they could have done
Wake up , DXC have never ever given a sht about you, and if you can't give a sht about your own future, then you deserve all you are going to (not) get

Keep on posting for the unfair salary raised and let the clients know DXC provides unethical and unhealthy treatment to its employees. Let the clients know how their payment are spent in DXC.

I did not realise DXC so charitable keeping you moaners on a salary.
Evidently, the OP is not a people person (probably a DXC stooge).
As others have posted, it's not always possible for people to just up sticks, and move to another company. People have partners, families, and a host of commitments to juggle in a work/life balance.
The trouble is DXC does nothing to help with the latter of these. It wants you to work till there's no life left!
Tell me where I can find somewhere without moaning cnuts like the op and I'll be there. Stop complaining about our complaining you tw@
To be fair @OP is spot on. Stop moaning and prove you are worth more by exposing your skills to the wider market. If you have reservations about this, you're proving the point made by this post.

It is a wonder how people such as yourself just assume everyone can just "move" at the drop of a hat. This is especially true for people who are over 50, have children, or are taking care of elderly parents.
Just because you are tired of hearing the complaints doesn't mean that there is nothing to the complaints. If you don't like the complaining then why are you here? Are you even a DXC employee? If you are then why haven't you moved on if your life is so miserable with all the complainers surrounding you?!
