Any word on raises?
Is Gainwell going to invest in their employees?
When will our pay be adjusted for inflation?
The inflation is high, we probably lost about 20% of our pay over last three years of inflation.

I did not get a raise ! But I am still around . Does this mean, I am going to be in the next round of layoff ! I know someone who got 3.5% raise !
- 5%, but a few months ago I got a pretty good retention raise, so I'm happy for now. We were losing a few people to other companies shortly after they were hired. I'll stay, at least for this year. I feel fortunate.
4% here as well. :( Should have been better than this.
How much % you all received as increase? Mine was 4%. :(
My increase was small too. About half of what I hoped for, all things considered.
The same as @Klpi+1gT2xmwB and a layoff round too.
I received an increase. It wasn't much but better than nothing.
I am hearing now that we will be informed about this during July.
I am curious to see how this turns out myself. I believe information on raises should be known soon. Last I recall, raises normally go into effect in a July 1.
