Allscripts has a caste system. If you make lots of money +100,000 k US, if we steal from you, we will pay you back. If you make less than 100,000 k, we will steal from you and NOT pay you back and not give you raise the next year. This is no way to retain talent. They seem genuinely surprised about the mass exodous! They think 3 recharge days and 500 dollars make you forget. How many of you would stay with a spouse that did similar?

Perfectly stated, @2fhj+19M2DFLY. Thanks to the shortsightedness of the management, we keep losing some of our best people. Not that I blame them, I'll be out of here as soon as I can find a good alternative.

@Ddgv+19Q2s4ug, I agree, but this didn't just happen to employees who made under 100k as it happened to me as well. Got a promotion THEN salary got cut based on my pre–promotion salary, yet I was expected to do the JOB of the promotional position thereby making even less money than I was making at the lesser rank. Luckily for me, I landed a job at another company and I have to say, it's been eye–opening. Don't regret leaving even a smidge. Btw, I never even got an exit interview although I asked several times. What's a pity is that there are so many hardworking, good people at AS.

Some people didn’t understand how people making less than 100k were stolen from. I got a promotion and raise in 2020. 11 percent total. I have my salary letter and date of change. That is called a breach of contract. In Canada, wage theft. So the 6 or 7 percent I would have seen in 2020 was missing. Anyone who also got a merit raise, or promotional raise is in same boat

I thought it was the pay cuts imposed during the pandemic. Some employees were never reimbursed for the loss in pay.

The leadership team in this company makes me sick. Very glad it is finally over. Quit and joined another healthcare company last week. During the exit interview I was told massive employees are quitting. Jump before the boat sink.

Stealing is stealing. Permanent or temporary. Salary was stolen...hardship endured. Stress inflicted stealing ones well being and dignity. Leadership discovered how catastrophic their 3 min of thought was costing them...internally... publicly...and legally they reversed the poor decision but damage was /is done ... Covid was reason...covid was still growing but they gave the money stolen back...covid still around ...So who believes that story

I'm not defending the company here, I'd just like an explanation. Thx
