Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

pay rise anyone?

Any sign of the so called pay rise yet for level 5 and higher?

Heard a rumor from my manager that the allocation for each team/individual was so small (<$1000 here in ANZ) many leaders were worried about communicating the outcome as they feared a backlash after all the talk from Mikey 2.

Anyone know any more?

Post ID: @9zgs+1bVff5h9 Sorry but you need to learn how to read, I said "Announcements coming before the 1st August Paycheck, August 13 in the USA" Your manager should be talking to you and if NOT you should be able to see it in workday on August 6 which is the August 13 payroll cut-of-day.

One thing I will tell you they won't be competent enough to announce it before 1st August.

The information hasn't even been updated, so can't see managers getting it to employees tommorow.

They don't take this seriously. Employees are considered the least important asset.

Announcement was supposed to come in July, but now before first pay of august? Bunch of a holes execs leaving us in limbo. Just announce it tomorrow Friday July 30th already and be done with it. I need to know I’m getting goose eggs for another interview I have next week. Come in DXC! Do something right for once.

@9lqt+1bVff5h9, Don't hold your breath.
They need to try and save cash to cover the Fuster Cluck that has happened in Scotland re the accounts move from Telford.
Transporting equipment between to distant sites to be able to build and then back again to profile and dispatch.

Every week they are coming out with new dates, such incompetence.

If they were serious you would have got an invite to a teams call from your manager by now.

The communication has been appalling.

The $5million hr lady should be responsible for delivering this on time, questions should be asked what has gone on.

The raise Should have been sent via email like your tax docs are sent, most efficient way.

At this rate it will take them weeks.

I see that you cannot access Worker History data (roles, salary, bonus paid) in Workday at moment and not available until Aug 5th so maybe so maybe something positive is happening

Has anyone actually heard anything definite about a pay rise? In the UK, we were advised that they would be communicated on the 21st July, but nothing appeared. We are now being told that hopefully we will hear something this week. It shows just how incompetent DXC are that they can make a simple process so complicated.

Stock options (https://csc.gcs-web.com/node/18526/html ) for ZERO dollars worth $1,235,197.32 for the SVP, Controller and PAO. But the rank and file get nothing or a 2% increases. BULL CR-P

They will probably pull that town hall as they won't want to communicate, or if goes ahead they will take about everything and then say there's an imminent announcement about raises so won't talk about pay.

That's what they have done recently.

Just total lies you can't believe or trust a word of what they say or promise.

If the TH goes ahead everyone ask about pay on the Q/A otherwise it won't be taken seriously.

It's amazing they are still sending out all sorts of email but nothing about missing the pay deadline. PLUS you need to add 1 - 3 personal goals for this FY. What BULL. Can't wait for the Global ITO Cloud Town Hall at 7 AM on Tuesday, lets see how they lie to us some more.

It's amazing they are still sending out all sorts of email but nothing about missing the pay deadline. Stunned silence. What's going on? Are you going to back date the pay rise, any extra for the delay? Are you doing an extra payroll run in August to make up for the bad handling?

Come on Ms M Finch your on $5Million surely you can rattle up an email in your busy schedule to tell us what's happening.

If you have sc rew ed up just say so and take a pay cut to $150 000.

The saving can be passed on to staff who deserve the rise for delivering on time

At least M1 was a straight up shark. You never doubted or had any different impression... well not after his first 6 months at CSC anyway.

It's the false hope by M2 that is causing the biggest morale drop at the moment.

It's getting to the point where Mike1 was actually better than mike2.

Mike1 was clear on his strategy and told it as it was, no saying one thing and doing something else. He milked the company and screwed the employees and he made it clear that's what he was doing.

With mk2 it's his tells everyone his saving the Company and its turning around.

All his done is bled the company drive with ex Accenture chums and screwed the employees. After several broken promises his strategy has become clear.

At Asia town hall on Mnday CEO said pay review delayed and is still sitting with Mike2 for approval. Reviews will now be effective Aug 1 instead of Jul 1. An email would be sent to all staff this week, no email so far. Where's the DXC transparency?

Isn't this an example of do as I say not as I do? M2 lecturing everyone about values "We should deliver what we say we are going to deliver to clients", doesn't apply to DXC Execs. Hipocracy.

I bet bonuses won't be delayed. Is something else stopping pay increases? Does DXC have a cash flow problem?

TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

As Mary Finch said in the June 9 Town Hall meeting, we
are implementing the first annual salary review process
to ensure that all of our people have their salary
reviewed on an annual basis. All employees are eligible
for this salary review, but not everyone will receive an
increase. Decisions regarding salary increases are
based on an individual’s performance and affordability in
the available budget. We are driving this process locally
to ensure these important decisions are made by people
closest to you: your managers.
The salary review process will follow the performance
process each year. So, it will take place in the June/July
timeframe.
We’re equipping Workday to be our system of record to
do this. It was not configured in that way up to now, so
we have some kinks we are working out

I feel so sorry for people who still work for DXC and its unethical and greedy bunch of cowboys at the top who are completely out of touch (or pretend not to hear) what is going on outside their ivory towers.

Obscene amounts they award themselves for bad performance as the company continues to swirl down the the toilet.

The average salary for Vice President Human Resources is $170,070 per year in New York City, NY Area. Salaries estimates are based on 12 salaries submitted anonymously to Glassdoor by Vice President Human Resources employees in New York City, NY Area.

Chief HR Manager
$241,516 /yr and DXC 5 million dollars a year, do you all see something wrong with this!

Thats amazing how cam a HR admin leader be paid $5 million.

What are the deliverables? Not even met m2's date for pay raises.

For 5 million, that's equivalent to 100 staff.

She must be working 24 x 7 everyday and beyond.

But unfortunately not delivering.

Expensive 5million spent, shareholders should be concerned.

Two months back my manager seemed happy that he was finally going to be able to give me a merit increase and thought it would be a healthy one. Yesterday he informed me that it would not be very much as his pool of money was very small. He is still awaiting HR approval to announce what we are receiving. Meanwhile our head of HR makes $4-5 million a year. Nice reward for removing the knowledge base of the company and hiring cheap labor. The revolt has already begun and when everyone hears how little their increase will be after Mike 2.0 made it sound like a good thing the exit door will be very crowded. And to note the crowd at the door will be the people the company needs to keep the most.

The town hall with the cfo on Monday said Wednesday July 21st….today is Thursday the 22nd. Crickets. They di-king us again. Also everyone needs to go to comparably.com to rate this company for real, they just gave the ceo some diversity inclusion award, obviously the reviews are inflated by his minions.

They obviously lied to you on Monday.

Must have been a senior manager on a Town Hall who would have said that.

Nothing new Mike 2 has promised July also, and Mary Finchsaid so on numerous occasions on town halls.

So it means what they say on town halls isn't true and they cannot be trusted.

Same as you never hear back from surveys or any other thing it's just one way dishonest communications, "keep the workers hanging on they are d-mb enough to believe us" strategy.

All you hear is cost cuts, small contract wins, and management shuffles.

Unfortunatley sounds like they are quite dishonest as they do not stand by their word, and not to be trusted with whatever they say.

In a Town Hall on Monday, we were told that the pay rises would be communicated on Wednesday the 21st June. I don't know anybody who heard anything so either hardly anyone is getting anything or they lied again. This company really is a joke!

Inflation Calculator
If in 2015
I purchased an item for $ 1
in 2021that same item would cost: $1.15
Cumulative rate of inflation: 14.6%

I need 15% just to keep up with inflation. Mk2 is going to di-k us just like mk1, but he got a diversity award or some sh-t so yay!

Nothing from any of my colleagues, peers or team mates. Think this must be a ruse by our Presidente, Of course the SMT don't get pay rises, butr since they are loaded up with share, they get a hefty return based on the bottom line. Another reason not to give payrises!

He said afterwards he wished he hadn't given it as 2 of the 3 thought he was playing a practical joke when he told them the amount!!!
