Those benefit cuts aren't sc--w ups. They did exactly what Wayne and the consultant army wanted, and that is why they are rewarded. Wayne wants to destroy ESAT. To today's management consultant, if ESAT is actually decent it means you are spending too much on the minions.
Awwwww...worthless HR SVPs got their feelings hurt. I'll reiterate. Tami and Wendy "Fish from the Pacific Northwest", USAA couldn't do better than you. Selchen is the 1st to fall from the WM legacy. Wendy, YOU are responsible for effing all our benefits up. You've sc--wed up 2 PTO programs in 3 years. You sc--wed the loyal folks out of retirement plus and replaced it with a worthless savings account. You sc--wed up with Cigna. How TF do you still have a job, or feel worthy to be among us. Go back to Marathon. You've done enough damage here.
Hopefully she cleans house in HR. The leadership team has run USAA into the ground with change after change. Weak, if any, real HR experience.
I could not possibly care less.
Another Wayne appointment, so more of the same fe--s.
The company will continue to become a carbon copy of all the other publicly traded institutions, and will continue to dismantle benefits and ESAT. Once you understand that, there are no surprises from Wayne's C-suite.
Careful on your move decision. Give it sometime
Former USAA, currently Paypal, future anywhere else.
She’s responsible for pushing the RTO talks and layoffs. She’s a huge lover of everything California, so I have no clue why she wouldn’t push to be remote instead of going to San Antonio.
Welcome to the Wayne's World. Have a pleasant say for 6 months before moving on to the other ventures
Maybe she thinks that she's signing up for service, like military service. We thank you in advance for your service ma'am.
🍿someone didn’t do their due diligence before uprooting their family to take a job at usaa
Who is she?
So why would a Californian SVP uproot her entire family to SA. I know that it's very expensive in CA, but if you can afford it, why move.
California dreamin'
You all are hilarious thinking the new CHRO will have any say at all about RTO policy. I know for a fact that Wayne's directs pushed back for months on RTO and he overruled them. Until the CEO changes, RTO isn't changing.
So is there a consensus that she may push for a relaxed rto??????
Paypal has not RTO'd yet, maybe new CHRO, a Californian, would be more relaxed about RTO policy. Sillicon Valley remains WFH.
I was browsing the PayPal layoff site. Same toxic culture there with RTO and layoffs
I bet she will quit in next 6 months
Under/over 3 years on tenure?
