Thread regarding Mattel Inc. layoffs

Health Insurance unusable deductible

For lower pay Mattel employees, we can't afford to get medical treatment with a $3000 dollar deductible. Let all the fat cats pay! You know the ones with a high school diploma, making 80k or more! Which is almost everyone in some departments. Unusable insurance. Can't have surgery done!

@92d uh. This company literally IS bs. And if you’re going to be so ignorant you’re telling people to go back to their countries…consider speaking English yourself. Tell me you’re one of the id--t boys in the c suite masking here for pleasure without telling me you’re one of the id--t boys in the c suite masking here for pleasure 🙄

@49q $80k says, the person posting works for a distribution center or in the bowels while your ignorant scoff at the low salary says you’re a whiny upper level succubus. Stay in your lane.

You do not work on a team that has managers without college degrees.

Let me guess, those managers also rake in the hefty sum of $80k? I bet those fat cats are all laughing at us in their shacks they can barely afford on that teansie salary in 2025 dollars.

You are so full of sh, I can taste it.

These agents of chaos could have least picked a larger salary to make us envious of.

Could it be that the people without a college degree are where they are because they busted their backsides and have talent? A degree does not mean a high paying job.

@kx as a matter of fact, the only two people in the group I work in that do not have a college degree are the managers, so it’s true in certain parts and I doubt the OP is from my team so more than you think.

What country do you think this OP and the anti-Trump troll are from?

They're clearly not Mattel employees. The point of their posts being to sew divisive discourse is the only explanation for their irrational delusion.

Real people nowadays need to get better at identifying situations like this. The only way to disarm it is to ignore it.

I'm sorry, which departments feature high school graduates making over $80k exactly?

Shut. Up.

Go work somewhere else. You are not entitled to having someone else pay for your healthcare.

Truth! The ones who make a good living get healthcare. The ones who don't can't get medical care.

Swarming with high school grads making major big money through their connections only.
