Anyone have good intel on RIF timing? It sure would be nice to receive a package on the way to retirement.

@ English is a second language. Enjoy working with the cheap green card holders left at GAC whose claim to fame is that they don't make typos on social media switching "their" for "they're". GAC canned me and I got a better job for MORE MONEY and MORE SECURITY. It is an AMERICAN company that hires AMERICANS in AMERICA and whose product supports the AMERICAN military. Hoorah !

It appears both you and these "green card holders" don't know English. I'll hire the cheaper one! There (a place), they're (a contraction of two separate words, they & are) and their (showing ownership). Maybe traveling by aircraft would be safer if we eliminate aviation employees whom didn't pay attention from 3rd grade on? English is my second language.
Between the skaters and the people on green cards sitting in jobs Americans should have cuz their cheaper, I’m happy to be out of Gulfstream. Colleagues where I landed are pretty much made in the USA and 100% bust their asses. It’s what you accomplish and not who you know like GAC. I’d forgotten what it was like to work in this kind of environment. Very nice.
Been skating for 4 years! Of coarse the folks busting their butt have been shown the door, while the skating rink has been opened. I’m starting to feel disrespected! I’ve been forced to watch this SS from the inside!!!
My paid mini vacay worked out well for me too. Landed a better job, better money and benefits...plus 17 week’s severance. I was busting my butt for the GAC dumpster fire and still got canned. Suggest you start to skate and you’ll be assured to get your package by the end of the year too. Bound to be another RIF and working your butt off and contributing doesn’t mean squat unless you’re in the club. So look out for yourself.
Best thing ever happen to me was to get laid off. Got severance package, enhanced unemployment, nice long paid vacation then a better job than what I had Thanks
