Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

I don't have any good words for this leadership

Does anyone actually like how they run this company? I doubt there are many of you who do.

I wouldn't even call State Farm leaders [leaders] people who lead inspire people to do better even throw some skin in the work and understand the work. Our so called leaders attend useless meetings, grab star bucks and chit chat. Encourage people to snitch and while bully others. So I will rephrase the definition of State Farm leaders as failure to provide leadership.

Their mission is no longer learning. It is indoctrinating and no longer analyzing by implementing a "procrss/metrics/production" based company so AI can take over. Leadership implies leaders not dictators.

I guess you have never read their contracts.

They are doing what it states, nothing more, nothing less.

I think people on this site call it quiet quiting.

Why would anyone on this site object to that?

The leaders are severely underpaid. And you get what you pay for. There needs to be significant salary increases to keep the best of the best.

Remember. They are in it for themselves and care less about the customer nor the employee. They sure didnt get where their at by being honest or ethical. What they sell is not what they produce. Dual system of justice folks!

Sure a 100 year company that has dominated the insurance industry for over 80 years. A company that has the most customers, the strongest financial position and the most recognizable brand. Someone is doing something right.

What?!? You have a problem with an 11 billion dollar underwriting loss, huge bonuses for executives, outsourcing American jobs, and layoffs at a mutual company?
