For those out there that still work for the premier employer in the area and choose to cr-p where you eat… get a life. For those laid off, if the positions were really that important explain exactly how they were eliminated with no disruption to business. Griping about the mechanizations of multi billion dollar entity’s struggles to remain both relevant and profitable is counter productive. Judging from the tenor of the comments you would be better served seeking ways to become indispensable as opposed to poisoning your own mind against the entity that helps you put bread on the table. As for those that have an issue with RTO… if there were never a pandemic you wouldn’t have ever had any idea that it was even possible. If all you can think about is the convenience of a near by toilet and snacks as justification for your complaints, you need a massive reality check. Jobs are meant to fulfill TWO purposes only; 1. The employers need for a job to be done and 2. The employees need for pay for doing a job. If you entertain any other romantic notions as to what you are involved in vis-a-vis the employer/employee relationship you are sadly self absorbed. Last thought here is this - name another multi billion dollar enterprise that pays annual bonuses for decades without interruption… I’ll wait.

Looks like someone removed the questions about who is this person's name.

Speaking of the 100 year anniversary, someone sang it best "it's too late to apologize, it's too late...."

Makes sense for another leader to be hired to oversee the flattened layers. How ridiculous can this place get?

Great just what we need… more bad Citi influence. Citi, JP Morgan, and Wells are the trifecta of bad management. And people wonder where the culture went. It feels like after we hit 100 years for the anniversary it was also the death of the company. We can’t meet expectations so we hire people from banks that got huge fines. As I type this I am starting to come to the realization that I need to really think about if this is somewhere I want to be or if I want to be in this industry in general. Been here for a little over 5 years. Never saw this kind of culture death before.

Oh boy, a multicolored flag a raised black fist on her LinkedIn profile.
I wonder with all those things mean?
I did not see anything about her being a veteran.
Great hire!
