what happened to the post about the HR pushing ERG as opposed to helping all windstreamers. Is this a taboo subject?

These ERGs are new but ever hear of the Leadership program? It’s a group of UoAR Finance grads. they recruit UoAR Finance grads into the Leadership program. They spend 6-12mos in a role somewhere in Finance or adjoining orgs and then moved and promoted-guaranteed. I saw a girl with the company 3.5yrs, didn’t know a damn thing about telecom become a Sr Consultant. I’ve been in telecom almost as long as she’s been on earth and she is a title above me. Place is a joke. No wonder our finances s—. Only hire UoAR grads. They act like it’s Harvard, Princeton or Wharton.
Turning a corner !? .Then raises to make up for ALL THOSE YEARS of going without even an inflationary adjustment should be showing next paycheck right! I can throw out BS lines as well. WINDSTREAM will be bigger than Microsoft and ATT combined. See lying is easy
Emerged from bankruptcy and turning the corner and still nothing but complaining. TT works harder than most of you, so he keeps the bonus money for himself. I dont blame him with all the whiny do nothing employees at Windtsream.
I also deleted same email. Remember the plea to submit a positive review on Glassdoor? I have completely given up on this company turning things around for the employees.
I received an e-mail from WoW asking me to mentor young women at the company. I deleted it and felt it was very inappropriate to send something like that unsolicited.
My conclusion is that they are networking groups to let managers find like-minded employees so that they can promote them into positions they aren't ready for.
What is the true purpose of these ERGs? Is it a way to distract from the fact that staying at Windstream is a losing proposition for most employees. And yes if HR did not feel your tribe is worthy then reflect the same attitude.
I have had several of my posts deleted - I’ll drop a few to see if it get by em. besides the usual suspects- LR 5 - LL is a joke. How about flannery that org is a goner.

If HR did not designate an ERG that fits your social classification it means you are going to be let go very soon. Its all about the Optics on Stream. Plan accordingly!

Windstream went out of their way to lay off quite a few veterans. These were dedicated employees that worked at the company for a long time. Keep putting those tags up, as they will target the groups they dont like on the next layoff
Yes...wages that are stagnant, but I can wear my size large pink panties and use my alternate identity.. Working at Windstream rocks and is silky too.
Since their is no MOW (Men of Windstream) ERG can I join WOW and add it to my emails....should be good conversation starter with clients.
Adding tribal tags to signatures seems to be divisive.
It looks like a few posts were reported and removed. HR and friends are watching be careful what you pos. No names or calling specific people out.
