Unfortunately most of the best and brightest that SGAS had to offer have already left. The few good folks that are now are carrying the weight of the remaining mediocre staff. If you are among the best and brightest ya probably better get out there in the job market.
Be prepared for the question from prospective employers: “why have you stayed there so long when you knew it was a sinking ship”. The longer you stay, the harder that question will be to answer.
Well said (post @2nzs+1gCRuSqV) I'm still here because it's hard to find a new job at my age, but why do younger and talented people still decide to stay in this dying company is a mystery to me?
