I was in a meeting this week. Bonus is now removed from any who had one in band 6 and below. HR had no answers to the questions and concerns raised. Obviously this was pushed from Mike 2.0 and his Accenture cronies. They are paying an amount to compensate but this also removes you from this years pay review which is already sh-t. Meet the new Mike, same as the old Mike. I’m guessing the upshot of this will be that all those people who were incentivised to sell and deliver more will just not bother.

@8dfq+1bXiDOhI Not dangerous because with 4 years to go till I want to retire I can get WRF, get my 4 weeks severance, collect unemployment and then retire a bit early. I have 3 million dollars saved in stocks and 401K's , 1 years salary in cash so I could leave anytime, but why leave when I can do what I want during the day as long as I have a computer with internet close by and collect my salary , medical, dental and have a 120K life insurance on the cheap

People ask why am I still at DXC. well who wouldn't want to spend there last 4 years before retirement doing NOTHING and getting a 60K salary to do it? Haven't been assigned any work in almost a year and have been told to spread hours on my time sheet by many managers.

Oh, I am so glad I left. In two years at DXC my promised bonus was never paid, despite getting '2' for one appraisal and '1' for the next. It was a bonus on paper, but never in the bank.
At least removing it is honest - admitting that they ain't going to pay it no matter how much you do.

No, I was also on a similar call this week and most were ex-CSC, approx 250 people. We’re talking relatively small amounts. Mine was target 10% but in effect was never greater than 4% and was paid twice in 10 years. Having spoken to many people who were also on the call I can tell you the majority were not happy with the way it was handled. The HR people on the call were an absolute joke, it was embarrassing. The old DXC is alive and well. Don’t believe the BS from Mike 2.0
I guess it could be a country thing.... CSC UK definitely axed all non-management bonuses and converted them to a small flex increase instead. They had 18 months previously given all non-managers a bonus scheme, which never paid out, then they binned it for everyone. That was some time ago now... who knows when, sometime in the early M1 era.
There are still massive variations in pay scales and contractual terms across DXC...
Funny you should say that, as a former HPer when we asked who got all the bonuses because it wasn't any of us we were told it was predominantly CSCers as their contracts were different. The leaders are making mugs of all of us
Obviously a HP thing.... CSC had axed bonuses for plebs years ago.
