Lot of reorg. rumors of more layoffs in October. is it true?

Directors?! Wow.
I have heard of supervisors being turned into BA-1, but never thought there could even be a rough equivalent for a director. Putting a 4 behind BA just doesn't seem like nearly on the same level as director.
Many months ago I saw a manger go to BA (3 I believe) it seemed odd, but thought maybe she wanted to get away from managing people in the department and focus more on the tech type stuff/ programs. (People can be frustrating) but now that there have been rumors of not only supervisors, but even directors being moved to BAs maybe hers was not so self directed/ requested after all.
I can confirm the above comment of management reorganization. Had two former directors turned into BA Analysts 4….and another has decided to leave…or fired or laid off.

Best advice I can offer is start cleaning up your resume now. Grab what you need to move on in case your day comes this upcoming week or next.
Also, not sure if anyone has looked at org charts lately but they're creating an entire layer between C-suite and VPs, comprised of former HUMANA people.
It's odd, my team won't be directly impacted in terms or re-org by it but I've heard there will be cuts in our area because of it.
complete reorg of IT , moving leaders around , creating new teams and roles.

Layoffs were put on hold due to the storm in Florida… now that the emergency is over, expect to see a wave of layoffs.. nobody is safe.
Not sure of layoffs, but our team did announce some reorganizations within the team. Not sure if it's related to the rumor.
