Company reputation

I am ashamed to say that I still work here. How did leaders manage to destroy the company's reputation like this? Unbelievable.

@6yas+1mHuZ5qq- so it started under tipsord, but always easy to put the blame on the "other" types at every opportunity.

@7xxm did you forget this is the internet? A desert when it comes to rational thought and debate. When people talked to each other across a table they would think twice about insulting each other. They may wind up swallowing their own teeth as a result. Now the keyboard warriors are out in force hiding behind their "anonymity" using pithy screen names and spouting off their ill-informed opinions claiming them to be facts.

i am equally amazed at how anyone that posts actual facts or a different pov gets labeled as a corp stooge. Speaks to the lack of intelligence and juvenile minds....

I am amazed at how smart the readers are on this site by the masdive amounts of negative votes for obvious corporate stooge remarks. Great job everyone. When was the last time your boss said you were doing a great job...I know, never.

It started with executive Robert Yi. Under tipsford guidance he is mainly responsible for where the company is today

Anyone who believes the company reputation is as stellar as it once was lives under a rock. The company once believed the source of its achievement was the person who was in agency or operations who delivered remarkable service to anyone they came in contact with. The company was a lifestyle to be proud abd honored to work for. Ever since the company went to: take care of yourself, its a business decision, metrics, and process....it was enivitable quality and reputation would fall by the wayside. The numbers do not come first. Its the mission and vision that produce the numbers.

It's all about "their" power and control over their: minions, kids, etc. Leadership needs to be in daily with their troops and not sitting in an office all by themselves looking at spreadsheets. The numbers they look at do not produce anything yet they are all about production. Such hypocrisy. Leadership today is non existent. Our universities have seen to that.

Who gives a sh-t about this place’s reputation anymore? Shouldn’t be you if you’re a pleb because everyone down to your SM makes a lot of money to put the pressure on everyone below them to pursue the strategy from above no matter how bad it is. Spineless TMs who don’t know how to manage up or down. If the highest levels of the management do nothing but make this place He-l to call in to and He-l to work at while they collect bonuses based on how successful they are by putting the pressure on everyone below them to keep it that way with superficial numbers, you’re not who should be embarrassed.
