If you are coming here to review this company as a possible new employee ... DON'T DO IT! All you have to do is read all the horrible toxic posts (which are all true).
You are welcome.

This is a great post and very true. I joined over a year ago with many new people. We are all looking to get out ASAP! Everyone I work with knows it's a complete mess but, they cannot get out or are paid enough to stay. The turnover rate is high and for good reason. If you want to work for a good employeer, this is not the place for you. "Run for your life and don't look back!"
On my team with had a huge layoff and I was one of the “lucky” people who kept my job. But the VP set up a hunger-games environment. She created two teams doing similar work and we heard that “one team would be left standing at the end of the year”. So the year after large layoffs, 50 percent of the survivors lost their jobs as well. Anthem is a corrupt and abusive employer.
Very toxic. It's clear the c suite manages to their stock price and zero else. I worked long days my last weeks to prepare the team for my departure and I found out later my manager lied to the contrary. So glad I got out.
It's not a bad place to work, it's just disorganized with no focus. Some of the folks they hire to manage try their best to lead, but really do not have the skills and experience needed. I think it's a good company to put on your resume, but not a place I would recommend making a career of.
Hey @7son+1j4skGsx let me guess you're an h1b or work at Legato?
If you have a high tolerance for toxicity .. then this is the perfect place for you to work for … GO FOR IT …
@7son+1j4skGsx I'll respond to you in the style of an employee survey:
- Strongly disagree
Awesome place to work - Highly recommend…those who whine have low/no work ethic that’s all.
Oooops, to late, I've accepted the CEO position!
Yep, the axe is back out. Chop, chop, chop! Let the normal Fall rifs begin. And those who remain do the work of 2 or 3 people so corporate can buy more companies and increase Executive Level bonuses.
I wholeheartedly agree. I worked here for a handful of years before I was laid off at the worst possible time during the pandemic. I can't even put to words the distain I have for this organization. Horrible and toxic place to work. No job is ever going to be perfect however this place is especially awful. Run don't walk.
