If these are individual zoom calls, even at 15 mins a piece it would take them at least a couple of months to get through several thousand people.

What’s the meeting title with your boss’ boss?
I got a zoom meeting with my boss’ boss and it wasn’t set to private. Is this it or am I panicking for nothing.
I don't think these will be individual zoom calls, they will probably do it by site and by paybands, sort of like reverse orientation and after the call you will get some workflows assigned to you in Workday and MyGateway.

15,000 was the main number for RTX. Many of this number have already been let go (8,000 at RTX and yellow badges across the board).
There are plenty of HR folks each assigned to departments and groups. Would it really take that long?

Remember all 3000 will not happen in CT.
They will happen wherever Pratt has business. So some will happen in Canada, Poland, Georgia, all over the country and the world.
Then some will be hourly and unlikely those will be Zoom calls.
So it’s like like HR in EH is going to be doing 3000 Zoom calls.
