Regardless of your position either way this mandate is pointless and not worth this site's time. Due to all the federal judges standing in line to rule to halt the mandates and thus not allow companies or the government to enforce them no one will be termed or losing their jobs anytime soon. This will be in the courts for at least a year or two and by that time we'll be on the 15th variant/mutation of this virus and the vaccines won't even be effective anyways and the virus by that time will have already infected everyone vaccinated or unvaccinated and we will have a merry combo of vaccinated and natural antibody herd immunity and the whole mandated vaccine will be totally pointless by the time the Supreme Court rules one way or the other. So everyone relax and stop bickering with each other and let's get back to this moral sewer of a company Allstate being the real enemy.

The vaccine is currently protecting the vaccinated but that's only a little over half of the people in this country. Therefore the virus is happily being transmitted in the community and in the process is mutating freely. It will probably be less than a year before mutation(s) devolop that will not trigger enough of an immune response with the vaccinated. Vaccines work BUT you really need at least 85% of the population to be vaccinated or have had the virus in order for the community spread decline which will in turn slow down the transmission and mutation. People who choose to be unvaccinated and are out in the community are putting people at risk. It's not that different than a drunk dirver. You might be able to drink and drive but your behavior puts people at risk. So the "sheep" person below -- the vaccne is safe, it's not experimental, it has been in development for nearly 20 years, since the SARS epidemic. Please stop listening to conspiracy theorist and start reading history. The 1918 flue history as a start. Then go ahead and read about how propoganda and how it is used in a manner similar to religion to get people to believe some crazy sh-t.

Hate to burst your BJ fantasy but OHSA does extend to employees working from home. On the plus side they have said they will not inspect WFH site even though it is in their purview.
I am a home based worker and OSHA has no jurisdiction in my private domicile. Actually Allstate themselves has very little. OSHA can blow me.

No judges or lower level courts can stop OSHA. Doubtful the Supreme Court would want to step into this scenario. It has far reaching implications for all federal agencies.
